The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that on 30 May 1990 the Agreement between the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on the modification of issues of common interest in nuclear safety and radiation protection was signed in Prague.
The Agreement entered into force on 2 August 1990 pursuant to Article 9 (1) thereof.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Czechoslovak Atomic Energy Commission.
