DECLARATION
of 15 December 2023
amending Decree No 281 / 2021 Coll., implementing the Act on Civil Documents and certain provisions of the Act on Travel Documents and the Law on Basic Registers, as amended by Decree No 175 / 2023 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides, pursuant to § 71 (c) and (e) of Act No. 269 / 2021 Coll., on Civil ID:
Decree No 281 / 2021 Coll., implementing the Civil ID Act and certain provisions of the Travel Documents Act and the Basic Register Act, as amended by Decree No 175 / 2023 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Articles 2 (a) (6) and 11 (3) (a) (6), the word "a" shall be deleted after the word "card."
2. in Article 2 (a) at the end of points 7 and 11 (3) (a) at the end of point 7, the word "a" shall be added;
3. in Articles 2 (a) and 11 (3) (a), the following point 8 is added:
"8th birth number,"
4. Paragraph 34 (2) is deleted.
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
