DECLARATION
of 26 November 2012
amending Decree No. 501 / 2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of the territory, as amended
The Ministry of Local Development provides pursuant to § 193 and § 194 (a) of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 350 / 2012 Coll.:
Decree No. 501 / 2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of territory, as amended by Decree No. 269 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 22 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 20 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 21 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) In addition to building for housing, the building or facilities related to housing or housing may be placed on the premises of residential buildings which are conditional on and make the landscapes necessary for the proper and safe use of the land, buildings and equipment on it, unless, for spatial and operational reasons, the said functions can be secured in the housing structure. It is possible to place on the grounds of family houses one building for business activities up to 25 m2 of built-up area and up to 5 m of height with one above-ground floor, covered up to a maximum depth of 3 m. In addition to the construction for family recreation, it is possible to place a building or equipment related to family recreation or family recreation conditional on and make the landscapes necessary for the proper and safe use of the land, buildings and equipment on it. '
2. In Article 21, paragraphs 5 to 7 are deleted.
3. In Article 26, "§ 21 (5) to (7) 'is replaced by" § 21 (4)';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
