amending Decree No. 223 / 2005 Coll., on certain educational documents, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 28 (7) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 179 / 2006 Coll.:
In Annex 8a to this Decree, the model form of the Certificate of High School Graduation - Face and Rub - Polish:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
