DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 24 September 2002
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
§ 1
A collective contract of higher degree concluded on 6 February 2002 between KOVO and the Association of foundries of the Czech Republic (1) is binding from the date of application of this decree also for the employers listed in the Annex.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
