The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 25 October 1989 an Agreement was signed in Vienna between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Republic of Austria on the adjustment of issues of common interest concerning nuclear safety and radiation protection.
The Agreement entered into force on 23 July 1990 on the basis of Article 13 (1) thereof.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Czechoslovak Atomic Energy Commission.
