(1) The territory of the selected parts is declared a monument reservation

(a) the cities of Františkova Lazne (554529), the district of Cheb, the region of Karlovy Vary, and the city of Cheb (554481), the district of Cheb, the district of Karlovy Vary,

(b) Karlovy Vary (554961), Karlovy Vary district, Karlovy Vary region,

(c) the cities of Mariánské Lázně (554642), the district of Cheb, the region of Karlovy Vary, and the municipalities of Valy (572781), the district of Cheb, the district of Karlovy Vary.

(2) The cultural values in the historical reservations referred to in paragraph 1 are, in particular, architectural, urban, historical, artistic, aesthetic and landscape values, which illustrate the urban, building-historical and cultural development of the headquarters, including the development of the spa, and create its environment as a spa cultural landscape.

The boundaries of the conservation area referred to in Article 1 (1) are defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation and are indicative of the maps listed in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

The following conditions shall be laid down in order to ensure the protection of the conservation of conservation reserves pursuant to Article 1 (1), their cultural values and the environment of construction, architectural files, real cultural monuments, individual objects, character and layout of land, roads, public spaces, water areas, water flows and permanent crops:

(a) the spatial and functional layout of the territory and its preserved urban structure must be respected when deciding on the location of the buildings and facilities and on the landscaping;

(b) when deciding on the location of the building and equipment and on the change of construction, the spatial layout of the properties concerned and their cultural value must be respected and no negative changes in aesthetic, technical and functional;

(c) when deciding on the modernisation of buildings and rebuilding, the ground plan and height arrangement of the buildings, the material solution of the objects, the structure of the facades and the materials used must respect the character and scale of the preserved buildings characteristic of the municipality in whose territory the conservation is situated; significant landmarks and views must be maintained;

(d) when deciding on new construction, the character, scale, mass and urban structure and context of the site must be respected;

(e) the use of land and buildings must comply with their cultural values and their capacity and technical capabilities;

(f) the adaptation of land, buildings and their parts, facilities, public spaces, buildings and planting and felling of timber in public spaces must aim to preserve the values of the conservation and its environment.

Decree of the Government No. 443 / 1992 Coll., on the declaration of the territory of the historical core of the city of Františkova Lazne and the territory of the fortress Terezín for conservation is amended as follows:

1. In the heading of the Government Order, the words "the territory of the historical core of the city of Františkova Lazne and" shall be deleted and the words "conservation" shall be replaced by the words "conservation."

2. Paragraph 1 (1) is deleted and paragraph 2 is deleted.

3. Paragraph 2 (1) is deleted.

Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 and 2.

4. In Paragraph 2 (1), "2 of this Article 'is replaced by" to this'.

5. In Article 2 (2), "border of the territory of the reservation 'is replaced by" border of the territory of the reservation';

6. In Section 3 of the introductory part of the provision, the words "reservation of Františkova Lazne and 'are replaced by the words" reservation of the fortress. "

7. In Article 3, at the end of point (f), the dot is replaced by a semicolon and the following points (g) to (m) are added:

"(g) urban areas, including the surface of roads and underground areas, shall be maintained and evaluated in the main fortress area; parks and other public greenery must be preserved and reclaimed in the new construction and maintenance of buildings;

(h) the objects and surfaces of the strength system in the area of the main strength, the small strength and the intermediate territory of the upper and lower retranchement2), including underground and adjacent slopes with underground and terrain fortifications, must be maintained;

(i) the free space not built by urban development and the visual link between the Main and the Small Fortress must be preserved;

(j) in that part of the reservation, which includes Bohusovická cauldron and cemeteries, it must ensure the preservation and completion of the free landscape, stressing the historical link between the city and the piety sites of the crematorium and cemeteries; the city's panoramic value shall not be disturbed;

(k) the landscaping must respect the territory and elements of the strength system of the bays and ditches, fortification routes and field relief;

(l) the modifications to technical equipment, transport structures and engineering networks must be made taking into account the historical value of the reservation, the green objects, the reinforced areas and, in particular, the historical underground, the strength sewerage, the discharge and discharge defence system, the underground mining galleries, the chambers and the hearing corridors which interfere with the fortifications of the fortress;

m) when reconstructing the reservation, account must be taken of urban and architectural relations with cultural monuments and their files, build on their volume and spatial composition and the nature of the environment and complete their units with adequate and quality architectural design; the interconnections between the city and the areas of the free landscape shall not be disturbed. ';

8. Sections 4 and 5 are deleted.

9. Annex No 1 is deleted and the designation of Annex No 2 is deleted.

For the procedure under Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care, initiated before and until the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the conditions laid down in Sections 3 and 4 of Government Decree No. 443 / 1992 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall apply.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.

The building st.p.no. 124 / 1 passes and continues along the station premises p.p.p.p.n.830 / 1 in the eastern direction, continues along p.p.p..555 / 3, 545 / 2, 830 / 1 and 970 to Russian street, where the border of refraction around the East Park, follows p.p.p.p.r.617 / 2, 668 / 6, 668 / 5, 941 / 2, 953 / 2, 943 / 2 and the street of the Broad OPs p.p.p.969 / 2, continues in the southern direction around Aleje- Zátiší along p.p.p.p. 947 / 2, 948 / 2, 948 / 1, crosses the line p.p.p.p.970 and continues along p.p.p..979 / 2 to the street Pod Lipami. It goes on to k.ú. Long Bridges and continues along the road p.p.p.p..86 / 1, leads along the eastern direction around the South Park, continues along p.p.p.53 / 1, returns to K. ú. Františkova Lazne and continues along p.p.p..906 / 1 (road I. class), passes through the Slatine stream p.p.p.p.672 / 2, passes over to k.ú. b) Karlovy Vary (554961), K. U. Karlovy Vary (663433), K. Drahovice (663701),

The border of the territory of the historical reservation of the town of Karlovy Vary with the spa cultural landscape starts at K. Ú. Karlovy Vary at the waterfront of Jan Palach in northeast corner p.No. 2458 / 2 and heads south through the Slaughter Street along p.p.p. 2458 / 2, 2546, The winning street continues eastward along p.p.2570 / 3, 2570 / 1, 2570 / 2, 2560 / 6, 2560 / 7, 2560 / 8, 2570 / 1, passes eastward along p.2570 / 1 to p.2580, after which it continues. It shall continue along No 2579, 2577 and shall circumvent No 2578. It crosses the street Ondřečkova p.p. 2592 / 1 to the corner p.s. 2648 / 1 and leads on its eastern side. It continues along No. 2647, crosses Kvapilova Street No. 2639 to East corner No. 2704 / 2 and continues along Kvapilov Street No. 2639 and then along No. 2709 towards the south. It continues in the southern direction following the installation of villas after p.r.2710, 2638 / 1, 2637, 2636, 2634, 2633, 2711 / 15, 2628, 2627, 2626, 2623 / 2, 2623 / 1, 2619, 2615 and 2733. Then it leads in an eastern direction along the north side of the street Bezručova p.o. 2736. Subsequently, it breaks east and takes place in American Street along No. 2734 and 2735. It passes to the k.ú. Drahovice and continues along p.r.616. It is then broken north, where it continues along Mr 613 / 1, Mr 613 / 2 and Mr 613 / 1 again. It then leads the border along the north side of page 612, then circling p.596 and continues after p.608, 606, 607, 605 / 2, 604, 601, 602 / 2 and 602 / 1. It crosses Romanian Street No. 430 and continues along No. 431, 621 / 1. It crosses English Street No. 465 and continues along No. 627, 637, 639, 640, 641, 638 / 1 and 645. It crosses Vrchlický Street No. 500, continues along No. 649 / 1, 649 / 3, 878 / 2 to Božena Nemcová Street No. 539, which passes and follows on the corner No. 681 / 1, continues along No. 879 / 1 and again along No. 681 / 1. It continues along No. 702 and then crosses Lidice Street No. 247 and heads for corner No. 888, the border continues along No. 888, 719, 720, 721, 723 / 1, 726, 728. He leaves Drahovice and passes to Karlovy Vary, crossing the Cemetery Street no. 2942 and continues in the eastern direction along the Cemetery Street no. 3012, 2979 / 2, 3025, 3046, 3047 and 3044. It continues along p.p. 824 and 823 / 1 to the Tepla River. It continues in the western direction along the right bank of the river p.no. 230 / 1. In the case of external policy No 845 / 2 it crosses River No 230 / 1 and continues along No 844 / 3, 787 and subsequently No 781 / 1. This land is in broad orbit, continues in the northern direction along No 3339, passes from communication No 1122 to No 3420, continues further along the borders No 3418 and 3416. At the intersection of the roads, the border breaks in the north direction, leads along the Tuhnik Road along p.p.3416, crosses the Dubok Road p.3323 and continues again along the Tuhnice Road along p.3324, crosses the equestrian path p.3325 and continues along p.1806 / 2. It passes by no. 1808 and continues along no. 1807 / 2 and 1808, continues at K. Corner, copies of Šumava Street along no. 322 / 1, 624 / 1, 624 / 2, 311 / 1, 314, 623 / 3. It passes in the north direction of Sládkova Street p.p. 623 / 1 and 623 / 2, continues along p.303 / 27, breaks in the eastern direction along p.303 / 24 and 303 / 27. It is heading south and continues along p.r.623 / 2 and again in the northern direction along p.r.303 / 15, continues along p.r.303 / 30, 305 and 622 / 3 towards the north towards Moscow Street. Moscow Street No. 611 / 1 moves towards the west south corner No. 611 / 24, passes to the west corner No. 611 / 4. The border leads to p.p.521 / 36, continues along this property and further along p.521 / 38, 521 / 39, 631 / 8, crosses the east direction Kharkovská p.631 / 3 and connects to p.632 / 1, along which it continues to the east direction to K. Ú. Karlovy Vary up to p.2185 / 2, returns to K. Ú. Tuhnice and crosses the north direction p.633 / 4 and Krymská p.633 / 1 to p.633 / 7, continues along p.489 / 1, 495 / 11, 495 / 12 to West direction p.2383, then heading east towards K.Ú. Karlovy Vary and continues along p.2383, 2400 / 2, 2400 / 11, 495 / 12, 2400 / 1. Along the street no. 2400 / 1, the border of the site of the monument reservation turns towards the north-east towards the mouth of the Teplá River to the Ohře River, where it continues along the street no. 230 / 2 and 2458 / 1 towards the starting point at the point at the point no. 2458 / 2.

The designation of the border of the site of the conservation is based on the status as of 1 June 2017.
