DECLARATION
of 15 December 2011
amending Decree No. 399 / 2010 Coll., amending Decree No. 177 / 1996 Coll., on the remuneration of lawyers and the compensation of lawyers for the provision of legal services, as amended
The Ministry of Justice, after prior observations by the Czech Bar Association pursuant to § 22 paragraph 3 of Act No. 85 / 1996 Coll., on the Advocate's Office, as amended by Act No. 79 / 2006 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
In Article III (2) of Decree No. 399 / 2010 Coll., amending Decree No. 177 / 1996 Coll., on the remuneration of lawyers and the compensation of lawyers for the provision of legal services (the Law Tariff), as amended, the words "1 January 2012 'shall be replaced by the words" 31 December 2012'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
