The Constitutional Court decided on 22 September 2009 in plenary in the composition of Stanislav Balík, Vlasta Formánková, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivan of the Janů, Vladimir Kríka, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodemí, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent and Eliška Wagner on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior Mgr. František Buslan on the abolition of Articles 4, Article 5 and Article 6 of the Ordinance of the City of Mariánské Lázna 7 / 2001 laying down conditions and obligations for the protection, maintenance and creation of public green (Decree on Public Vegetables), with the participation of the Ministry of Interior and the City of Mariánska Lázena as parties to proceedings
as follows:
I. Articles 4 and 6 of Regulation No 7 / 2001 of the City of Mariánské Lázne laying down the conditions and obligations for the protection, maintenance and creation of public green (Public Green Decree) are hereby repealed.
II. The remainder is rejected.
