GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 2 March 2022
Government in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on Security of the Czech Republic,
Announces
for the territory of the Czech Republic due to the need to respond to migration waves of large scale in the territory of the Czech Republic

from 4 March 2022 to 00: 00 for a period of 30 days.
Government
I. orders emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (b), (c), (e) and (f) and § 6 (1) (b), (c) and (d), § 2 (b), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended by the Government's specific implementation by a separate government resolution;
II. Urges the Prime Minister to manage and coordinate the tasks referred to in paragraph I of this resolution;
III. Instructs the Prime Minister to inform the Chamber of Deputies of Parliament of the Czech Republic immediately of the announcement of an emergency situation;
IV. provides that this Decision shall take effect on 4 March 2022 at 00: 00 and shall expire 30 days after its entry into force.
