Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 25 January 2021
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements and additions to higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 3 to the Collective contract of a higher degree, concluded on 16 December 2020 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
2. A collective contract of higher degree for 2021, concluded on 14 January 2021 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
3. A collective contract of higher degree for 2021 concluded on 14 January 2021 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
4. Appendix 4 to the Collective Higher Level Contract for the years 2017- 2023, concluded on 9 December 2020 between these Contracting Parties

Czech Energy Union
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
5. Appendix 6 to the Collective Higher Level Agreement for the years 2017- 2020, concluded on 2 December 2020 between the Contracting Parties
