GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 January 2017
amending Government Regulation No 154 / 2005 Coll., laying down the amount and method of calculation of fees for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 150 (1) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll., to implement § 24 (5) of the Act on Electronic Communications, as amended by Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll.:
In heading 1 of Part C.2 of the Annex to Government Regulation No 154 / 2005 Coll., establishing the amount and method of calculation of fees for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, as amended by Government Regulation No. 162 / 2008 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 228 / 2009 Coll., the sentence "In the case of the dissemination of digital television broadcasting by the maximum effective radiated power (ERPmax) of less than 27 dBW, which is used within the single frequency network, is always C = 420 CZK. 'is inserted after the sentence" By the date of termination of the transition of the terrestrial digital television broadcasting to the standard DVB-T2, the digital television broadcast is in the transitional broadcasting network DVB- T2 always C = 420 CZK. "
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
