on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and amending certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 2 / 2008 of 28 January 2008 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority Price Decision No. 11 / 2007 of 26 November 2007 on Gas Prices, as amended by the Energy Regulatory Authority Price Decision No. 1 / 2008 of 7 January 2008.
According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 1 February 2008, at the beginning of 2 January 2008.
