THE LAW
of 16 February 1994
amending and supplementing Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 103 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 425 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 37 (2), the words "and general technical requirements ensuring the use of buildings by persons with reduced mobility 1a 'shall be inserted after the words" for construction'.
Note 1 (1a):
"(1a) Decree SK VTIR No. 53 / 1985 Coll., on general technical requirements ensuring the use of buildings by persons with reduced mobility."
2. In Paragraph 60, paragraph 3 is added after paragraph 2:
"(3) The construction office shall stop the construction of civil equipment in the parts intended for public use by the construction process, unless the construction documentation provides conditions for its use by persons with reduced mobility (1a) and if the documentation is not supplemented within the period referred to in Paragraph 60 (1). '
3. In Paragraph 63, the following sentence is added at the end: "Documentation of simple and small civil engineering structures must also be reviewed in terms of the use of buildings by persons with reduced mobility. 1a) '.
4. In Paragraph 68, paragraph 3 is added after paragraph 2:
"(3) The binding condition referred to in the previous paragraph shall be to ensure the access and use of persons with reduced mobility in parts intended for public use. 1a) '.
5. In Paragraph 82, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The construction office shall not issue a housekeeping decision on the construction of civil equipment which does not provide access and use to persons with reduced mobility within the scope laid down in the territorial decision and building permit in the parts intended for public use. The construction office shall also not issue a clearance decision for a single or small construction which does not comply with the conditions laid down in the zoning decision or building permit within the meaning of Section 63 of this Act. '
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 4.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
