Czech National Council
of 12 April 1988
on the consent to change the borders of the Czech Socialist Republic at border waterways with the People's Republic of Poland
The Czech National Council decided on the following constitutional law:
§ 1
The Czech National Council agrees with the changes to the borders of the Czech Socialist Republic with the Polish People's Republic under the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Polish People's Republic on the progress of state borders in the context of the results of the first joint examination of the progress of the Czechoslovak-Polish state borders at border waterways signed in Warsaw on 10 December 1986.
§ 2
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
