THE LAW
of 10 April 1980
amending and supplementing the criminal law and the criminal order
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure of the Court (Criminal Code), as amended by Act No. 57 / 1965 Coll., Act No. 58 / 1969 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1969 Coll., Act No. 48 / 1973 Coll. and Act No. 29 / 1978 Coll. are amended as follows:
1.At the end of Paragraph 2 (3), the words "or under the declared international agreement" shall be added.
2. in Title Twenty-fourth, the following section is inserted after Section Three:
Decision-making under international agreements
If, pursuant to an established international treaty, a decision has to be taken to enforce a criminal judgment of a foreign State, the court shall act by a judgment in a public sitting. The proceedings shall be held by a court having jurisdiction pursuant to paragraphs 14 to 19. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
