DECLARATION
Advice of the Eastern Slovak Regional National Committee in Košice
of 19 April 1978
entrusted to selected national committees of lower levels of performance of the water management agenda
The Council of the Východoslovenský Regional National Committee in Košice mandates the Slovak National Council Act No. 135 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in Water Management (hereinafter referred to as "the Act '),
1. the performance of the water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a) to (f) of the Act by the following national committees:
in Bardejov district
City National Committees Bardejov, Giraltovice,
in Humenné county
City National Committees of Humenné, Snina, Medzilaboratory,
in the Kreis Mikhalovka
City National Committees of Michalovka, Sobrance,
in the Poprad district
City National Committees Poprad, Kežmarok, Spišská Stará Ves, Spišská Belá, Svit, Old Smokovec,
in the Prešov district
city national committees Lipana, Sabinov, Prešov,
in the district of Rožňava
city national committees Rožňava, Revúca,
in the district of Spišská Nová Ves
city national committees Spišská Nová Ves, Levoca, Gelnica, Krompachy,
in the Stara Buda district
the Municipal National Committee Stará Budoubovňa,
in the district of Svidník
City National Committees Svidník, Stropkov,
in Trebišov district
the municipal national committees Veľké Kapušany, Trebišov, Kráľovský Chlmec, Sečečice, Čierna nad Tisou;
2. performance of the water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a) and (c) of the Act by the following national committees:
in Košice- town district
District National Committees of Košice-North, Košice-South, Košice- Old Town, Košice- New Town, Košice- Tjahanovka, Košice- Myslav, Košice- Poľov, Košice- Šaca, Košice- Barca, Košice- Košická Nová Ves, Košice- Beauty above Hornám, Košice- Kavechany, Košice- Šebasstovce, Košice- Lorinkík;
3. the performance of the water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (d) and (e) of the Act by the following national committees:
in Košice- rural district
City National Committees of Moldova, Medzek.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
