DECLARATION
Slovak Mining Office
of 5 July 1972
determining the circumference of the district mining authorities
The Slovak Báňský Office provides pursuant to § 1 paragraph 2 and § 2 paragraph 2 (a) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 42 / 1972 Coll., on the organisation and extension of supervision of the State Mining Administration:
The tasks of the State Mining Administration, other than those referred to in § 2, shall be carried out by:
(a) District Mining Office in Bratislava
1. in the territory of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava,
2. in the county of Zapodoslovenský;
b) District Mining Office in Banská Bystrica
in the Region of Central Slovakia, with the exception of the jurisdiction which belongs to the Regional Mining Office in Prievidz;
(c) Prievidzi District Mining Office
in the region of Central Slovakia with the scope of the exercise of the State Mining Administration in matters of exploration, exploration and quarrying of coal deposits, as well as the treatment and refining of coal, carried out in the context of the conquest;
d) District Mining Office in Košice
in the county of Východoslovenský without the counties of Poprad, Rožňava, Spišská Nová Ves and Stará Budáubovňa;
e) District Mining Office in Spišská Nové Vsi
in the county of Východoslovenský in the counties of Poprad, Rožňava, Spišská Nová Ves and Stará Budáubovňa.
The tasks of the State Mining Administration for works carried out by organisations subordinate to the Directorate-General of the Czechoslovak uranium industry are carried out in the territory of the Slovak Socialist Republic by the District Mining Office in Košice.
Decree No. 125 / 1960 of the President of the Central Mining Office, Coll., determining the circumference and scope of the district mining offices, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1972.
