CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 6 July 1971
amending Articles 86 of the Constitution and Articles 30 and 103 of the Constitutional Law on the Czechoslovak Federation
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
§ 1
The Constitution is amended as follows: Article 86 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The national committees shall be elected for a period of five years. '
§ 2
Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, as amended, is amended as follows:
Article 30 (3) shall read as follows:
"(3) The House of People shall be elected for a period of five years."
Article 103 (2) shall read as follows:
"(2) The National Council shall be elected for a period of five years. '
§ 3
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day on which the general elections to the representative corps are held.
