Minister for National Defence and Minister for Interior
of 25 April 1961
on compensation for the accommodation of the armed forces
The Minister of National Defence and the Minister of Interior shall, in agreement with the ministers involved, provide for the following rates of compensation for accommodation under Section 4 of Decree No. 41 / 1961 Coll., on the accommodation of the armed forces:
Compensation for accommodation in accommodation rooms

*) If more than one person is accommodated in the living room, 50% of the rate shown in the table in the last column (without lighting and without heating) is paid for each additional person.

*) Lighting shall be supplied by the holder of the object as required; The rooms are heated at 16- 18 ° C.

Rates are payable for rooms with a surface area not exceeding 60 m2; if the room is more than 60 m2, the rates shall also be valid for each additional 60 m2 of area, the rest of the area over 30 m2 being calculated as an entire 60 m2.
Compensation for location of fighting equipment and means of transport
a) The location of combat techniques in shed, draw, shelter, etc., is paid for the vehicle and the day 1.50 CZK,
(b) car garages in garages properly constructed and equipped with the necessary accessories are paid per day and separation (box) 7, - Kčs,
(c) the placing of cars in a common, properly built and equipped garage is paid for a motor vehicle and day 5, - Kčs.

Drinking or productive water consumed shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable rules on the supply of water from the public network.
This decree shall take effect from the date of its publication.
