of 3 July 1959
on the Board of State tangible reserves
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations to the organisation of public administration:
(1) The Administration of State tangible reserves is hereby established as a central body of the State administration for the creation, protection, control and financing of State reserves.
(2) The activity of the Administration of State tangible reserves covers the entire national territory.
The head of the State Material Reserve Administration is its head, appointed and withdrawn by the Government. It shall be the responsibility of its Head of Government for the proper functioning of the State Material Reserve Administration.
The definition of tasks of the Administration of State tangible reserves, as well as its organisation and scope, shall be governed by a statute approved by the Government.
Paragraph 2 of Decree No. 46 / 1953 Coll., reintegrating, amending or repealing certain components of the State Planning Office, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall apply from 1 July 1959. All members of the government will do it.
