on extending the field of activity of the Czechoslovak State Bank
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
In order to allow for the effective merger of financing of operations and investments as two inseparable components of the reproductive process, the field of the Czechoslovak State Bank's activities is extended to finance and control investments by socialist sector organisations and to provide long-term credit to such organisations.
This Act shall take effect on 1 July 1958; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
