Government Regulation
of 25 March 1947
laying down detailed provisions on the surrender of compulsory copies for official or study purposes.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 4, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Act of 29 January 1947, No 20 Coll., on compulsory copies:
§ 1.
(1) After the compulsory printing of the printed matter referred to in § 1 of Act No. 20 / 1947 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the Act), for the purposes of official or study is surrendered in accordance with § 4, paragraph 3 of the Act:
a) National and University Library in Prague;
(b) Slovak University in Bratislava;
(c) the Ministry of Interior in Prague; at his request, which may also be manifested by an order in the Official Gazette, also copies referred to in § 3 (b) of the Act;
(d) the Slovak Academy of Sciences and Arts in Bratislava;
e) Study Library in Liberec;
f) Slovak matics in Turč. St. Martin's;
g) National Museum in Prague;
(h) University of Political and Social Affairs in Prague;
(i) Central Military Library in Prague;
j) The State Slovak Museum in Košice.
(2) At the request, it shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Section 4, paragraph 3 of the Act after the compulsory printing of the printed matter referred to in Section 1 of the Act:
(a) the State Educational Library of Komenský in Prague;
(b) the Office of the Government Bureau in Prague;
(c) Technical University in Prague;
(d) technical university in Brno;
(e) agricultural and forestry engineering universities in Košice;
f) University of Business in Prague,
(g) University of Technology in Bratislava;
h) the library of the historical museum in Pilsen;
(i) Medical library in Hradec Kralove;
j) University of Business in Bratislava.
(3) The right to require according to the provisions of § 4, paragraph 4, sentence of the second law after one compulsory copy of the printed matter referred to in § 1 of the Act for half of the Kram Prize has the libraries of the University of Arts in Prague, the Academy of Fine Arts in Ostrava, the Academy of Musical Arts in Prague, the University of Agriculture in Brno, the University of Veterinary Sciences in Brno, the State Conservatory of Music in Prague, the branches of the University of Political and Social Affairs in Brno, the Catholic Faculty of Religious Arts in Bratislava and the Slovak Evangelical Religious Faculty in Bratislava, as well as well as the study libraries of the Ministry of Social Welfare in Prague and the State Educational Institute in Bratislava.
(4) The Regional National Committees in Prague and Brno and the Home Office in Bratislava are to be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Section 4, paragraph 3 of the Act after one compulsory copy of the journals published in their constituency.
§ 2.
The Government Decree of 28 May 1935, No 119 Coll., laying down detailed provisions on compulsory copies for official and academic purposes, shall be repealed.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 March 1947. they shall be carried out by the Minister of Information in agreement with the Ministers of Education and Education, Justice and Home Affairs.
