on the validity of the Decree of the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic of 9 February 1945, No 7 of the OJ establishing the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion for Victory.
According to Article 2 of the Constitutional Decree of the President of the Republic of 23 June 1945, No 22 Coll., on the publication of laws, issued outside the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, I declare:
According to the Resolution of the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic of 15 January 1946, the Order of the Czechoslovak Republic of 9 February 1945, No 7 of the OJ, establishing the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion for Victory and the Statutes annexed to the Regulation, remains in force.
Government Regulation No 7 / 1945, OJ No L 1, and the Statutes are hereby published in the Annex.

With the approval of the President of the Czechoslovak Republic, the Government hereby orders the following in accordance with Section 1 of the Law of 21 October 1936, No 268 Coll. and No:
As a medal for Czechoslovak citizens and nationals of foreign states for the excellent military merit they have won over the Czechoslovak state and its victory, it is established
Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion
"For victory."
Further provisions on these Regulations shall include the attached Statutes forming part of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; its implementation shall be imposed on the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister for National Defence.
Statutes
Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory."
The Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For a Victory" is established in accordance with § 1 of the Act of 21 October 1936, No. 268 Coll. and n., with the approval of the President of the Czechoslovak Republic, the Government of the Republic as a medal for Czechoslovak citizens and members of foreign states for the excellent military merit they obtained about the Czechoslovak State and its victory.
These rules may be granted when the proposed evidence demonstrates:
(a) by personal bravery, such an extraordinary combat act which, in turn, had a decisive influence on the successful execution of the combat task of the unit in which it is assigned or which is the commander or, where appropriate, on the successful execution of the task of the units of the superior or neighbour;
(b) a command act of such an extraordinary nature that it was decisive for the success of the operation of its own higher units.
The Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" remains:
1. from the star of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" of 1st and 2nd degree,
2. from the cross of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" and
3rd of the Gold and Silver Medal of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory."
Ad 1. The centre of the star consists of a silver, shiny double circle on the soil of a granate enamel. In the ring there is a silver shiny password "For Victory." The space of the inner circle is filled with a silver lion of a small state emblem in a faint design, which at the bottom rests on two crossed swords which do not exceed the outer circle. The first degree of the star has swords in gold, the second in faint silver.
From the outer silver circle, silver polished rays, shaped long to the circumference of the star with expanding needles, appear in an octagonal star.
Dimensions of star: Total diameter 58 mm, diameter of outer circle 26 mm and inner 18 mm. The rear side of the star has a 26 mm lens with a ČSR monogram in the middle.
Stars are worn on the right side of the breast.
Ad 2. The same-arm cross with a diameter of 51 mm, whose shoulders spring from a circle of 19 mm in diameter. The end of each arm is spread in 3 tips which are protected and decorated with a ball. The shoulders are enamelled on the front of the garnet, the edges of which are gold and polished. On the circle of the cross is placed the center of the second degree star, reduced to 19 mm. The back of the cross is gold, polished and in the middle with a 19 mm lens with a ČSR monogram. With the ball on the upper arm of the cross is a small gold ring to hang on the ribbon. The ribbon made of moirée silk is 40 mm wide, scarlet red, grafted on both edges with 6 mm wide white stripe at a distance of 2 mm from the edge. The ribbon is 60 mm long and narrowed at the bottom at the tip.
Ad 3. The Medal of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" is embossed with silver 800 / 1000 purity, with a diameter of 26.5 mm and 2 mm power on the frame. In the middle field of the front side, having a diameter of 18 mm, there is a small state emblem of the Czechoslovak Republic. On the ring at the perimeter of the medal is the inscription "For Victory" and at the lower edge of the medal under the inscription are two crossed swords. On the back of the medal there is a monogram "ČSR" with a laurel slide in the middle. On the ring at the circumference of the medal is the inscription "Truth wins" and at the lower edge of the medal under the inscription is the lip gloss. The image of the medal is attached.
The Gold Medal of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" is gold-plated, silver is made with a faint and orange colour.
The medals are hung on the ribbon with a simple hanging ring, gold gold gold plated silver silver.
The ribbon is made of moire silk and is scarlet red and grafted on both edges at a distance of 2 mm from the edge with a white stripe of 6 mm wide. It is 50 mm long and its lower end narrows to the tip.
If he wears only the ribbon of the Czechoslovak Military Order "For Victory," this ribbon is equipped with a miniature badge.
The Order grants the President of the Republic to the Government on the proposal. If it is a medal for bravery in front of the enemy, it is awarded by the President of the Republic, after the case of the Minister of National Defence or the Commander of the Army, who will entrust it to the President.
The Czechoslovak military order of the White Lion "For Victory" loses who has been convicted by the court for such an act, which in turn has lost both domestic and foreign orders of military and civil honours and honorary badges.
The Order Commission of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" (Article 6) may recommend the withdrawal of the Order in cases where the Honorary has committed a dishonest act, even though this act has not been the subject of legal proceedings.
In the cases of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" an Order Commission of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" is hereby established. The National Defence Minister shall be responsible for the composition and designation of the Commission's competence.
The Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" is worn on the ribbon on the left side of the breast before the White Lion Order.
The case of the Czechoslovak Military Order of the White Lion "For Victory" is managed by the Ministry of National Defence.
