GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 23 October 2020
on the amendment of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of § 5 (c) to (e) and § 6 (b).
Government
changes the period of effectiveness of the Government Resolution of 8 October 2020 No 998, published under No. 402 / 2020 Coll., by extending the effectiveness until 3 November 2020 until 23.59.
