GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2016
amending Government Regulation No. 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of military-grade activities
The Government mandates for the implementation of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on Occupational Soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 470 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 122 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 147 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 470 / 2011 Coll.
Government Decree No. 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of military-grade activities, is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex to point (q) of Part XIII:
"(q) the conduct of an aircraft on an irregular route with landings at an unknown airport or in an unknown terrain, with irregular landings at international airports in security flights or crisis areas, including coordination of ground-based activities; and
1. comprehensive control and command of the crew of the swarm (captain of the aeroplane, captain of the helicopter),
2. the management of the transatlantic flight aeroplane or strategic redeployment in pairs (pilot of the long-distance transport aircraft), ';
2. In the Annex to point (m) of Part XIV, point 2 is deleted.
Points 3 to 10 shall become points 2 to 9.
3. In the Annex, point (t) of Part XIV:
"(t) transatlantic flights, strategic redeployment, guidance of the aeroplane on an irregular route with landings at an unknown airport or in unknown terrain, irregular landings at international airports during safety-related flights or crisis areas, including coordination of ground-based activities (captain of a long-distance aircraft).";
4. In the Annex to point XV (a), point 1 is deleted.
Points 2 to 11 shall become points 1 to 10.
5. In Part XV of the Annex, the following point 23 is added at the end of point (m):
"23rd Regional Military Command (Deputy Director of Regional Military Command), '.
6. In Part XVI of the Annex, the following point 29 is added at the end of point (b):
"29th Regional Military Command (Director of Regional Military Command), '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
