DECLARATION
of 13 December 2013
amending Decree No 342 / 2012 Coll., on animal health and protection, on movements and transport of animals and on the authorisation and competence to carry out certain professional veterinary activities
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., to implement Sections 53a (3) and § 59 (6) Act:
Decree No 342 / 2012 Coll., on animal health and protection, on the movement and transport of animals and on the authorisation and competence to carry out certain professional veterinary activities, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (j):
"(j) the model of the veterinary inspector's service certificate, the official veterinary assistant and the national surveillance inspector for the classification of carcasses,"
2. After Paragraph 40, the following Section 40a is inserted:
National surveillance inspector's licence for the classification of carcasses
(K § 53a (3) of the Act)
The model of the official certificate of the State Supervision Inspector for the implementation of the classification of carcases of animals for slaughter is set out in Annex 10 to this Regulation. '
3. The following Annex 10 is added:
"Annex No 10 to Decree No 342 / 2012 Coll.
Model of service card of the inspector of state supervision over the implementation of the classification of carcasses
"
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
