GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 28 November 2012
amending Government Regulation No 355 / 2012 Coll., setting the limit on State Budget resources to be granted a subsidy to cover the additional costs associated with the promotion of electricity from renewable sources for 2013
The Government mandates pursuant to § 6a (2) of Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., on the promotion of the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources), as amended by Act No. 402 / 2010 Coll.:
In Section 1 of the Decree of the Government No. 355 / 2012 Coll., establishing the limit of state budget resources for the grant of additional costs associated with the promotion of electricity from renewable sources for 2013, the amount "9 700 000 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 11 700 000 000 CZK'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
