DECLARATION
of 13 December 2011
amending the rate of basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and food and fixing the average price of fuel for the purpose of providing travel refunds
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides according to § 189 (1) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., the Labour Code:
Basic refund rate for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of the basic compensation for 1 km of driving provided for in Section 157 (4) of the Labour Code shall be at least:
a) single-track vehicles and tricycles 1.00 CZK,
b) passenger road motor vehicles 3.70 CZK.
Disgusting
For each calendar day of business travel, the employer shall provide the staff member with an allowance in accordance with Section 163 (1) of the Labour Code of at least:
a) 64 CZK, if the work trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 96 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 151 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
For each calendar day of business travel, the employer shall provide the staff members with an allowance in accordance with Section 176 (1) of the Labour Code of the
a) 64 CZK to 76 CZK, if the business trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) CZK 96 to CZK 116, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but no more than 18 hours,
c) 151 CZK to 181 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
Average fuel price
The average price per litre of fuel according to § 158 (3) of the Third Labour Code is:
(a) CZK 34,90 for automotive gasoline 95 octane,
b) 36.80 CZK for car gasoline 98 octane,
(c) CZK 34.70 for diesel.
Decree No 377 / 2010 Coll., amending, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of the basic refund for the use of road motor vehicles and the diet and setting the average price of fuel shall be abolished.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
