Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 429 / 2006 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that Appendix 7 to the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree (of 23 June 2006 for the period from 30 June 2006 to 31 December 2006), concluded between the Department of Staff of the glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain industry, on the one hand, and the Association of the Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic, on the other, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, is also binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector designated by the Sectoral Classification of Economic Activities Code 26.1, 26.21, 26.22.
