amending Decree No. 205 / 1999 Coll., implementing Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and amending certain related acts (Act on insurance of liability from the operation of a vehicle)
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 6 (3) of Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on insurance of liability from the operation of a vehicle):
In Section 4 of Decree No. 205 / 1999 Coll., implementing Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on Insurance of Liability for Vehicle Operation and on the Change of Certain Related Acts (Vehicle Liability Insurance Act), in accordance with Article 13 The single agreements between the offices of 30 and 31 May 1996 emit Moldova from the list of foreign States.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
