repealing Government Order No. 13 / 1962 Coll., on the New Organisation of Czechoslovak Film
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic pursuant to § 1 (3) of Decree of the President of the Republic No. 50 / 1945 Coll., on measures in the field of film, orders:
(1) The Central Directorate of the Czechoslovak Film ("the Central Directorate") is hereby cancelled and entered into liquidation on 31 December 1990.
(2) The provisions of the Economic Code on the liquidation of a State enterprise shall apply mutatis mutandis to liquidation. 1)
(3) The Central Directorate ceases to carry out the liquidation.
Government Order No. 13 / 1962 Coll., on the new organization of Czechoslovak Film, is hereby repealed.
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 31 December 1990.
