THE LAW
of 14 December 2023
amending Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, as amended by Act No. 476 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 197 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 100 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 50 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1), "2021, 2022 and 2023" shall be replaced by "2024, 2025 and 2026";
2. in Article 2 (b), "2021, 2022 and 2023" shall be replaced by "2024, 2025 and 2026";
3. In the introductory wording of Section 4, "2021, 2022 and 2023 'is replaced by" 2024, 2025 and 2026';
4. In the second sentence of Article 5 (1), "2021, 2022 and 2023 'is replaced by" 2024, 2025 and 2026'.
Transitional provision
In the event of damage caused to fish by cormorant in 2023, compensation shall be granted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
