GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2016
amending Government Regulation No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing the list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance
The Government mandates pursuant to § 70b (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Čl. I
Government Decree No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing a list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance shall be amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (c), the words "the conditions for the acquisition and recognition of competence for the pursuit of non-medical health professions and for the pursuit of health care activities and for achieving at least Bachelor's higher education 'are replaced by the words" the non-medical health professions (1), and the minimum Bachelor's higher education provided for by this Act,';
Footnote 1:
"(1) Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the pursuit of non-medical medical professions and for carrying out activities related to the provision of medical care and amending certain related laws (Law on non-medical medical professions), as amended."
2. In Article 2, at the end of point (w), the word "or 'is deleted.
3. In Article 2, at the end of point (x), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (y) and (z) are added:
"(y) the activities of the air traffic controller of the air traffic services unit; or
(z) activities
1. an Aerial Instructor entitled to self-service; or
2. a guide to common fire authorised to carry out its activities separately. ';
4. Paragraph 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) A soldier in special expertise or in the performance of any of the activities referred to in § 2 (c) to (i), (k) to (q), (y) or (z) shall have a stabilisation allowance of CZK 10,000 per month."
5. in Article 3 (4), the text "(a), (b)," shall be deleted;
6. In Article 3, the following paragraph 5 is inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) A soldier in special expertise or in the performance of one of the activities referred to in § 2 (a) or (b) shall have a stabilisation allowance of CZK 16 900 per month."
Paragraphs 5 and 6 shall become paragraphs 6 and 7.
7. In Paragraph 3 (7), "1 to 5 'is replaced by" 1 to 6'.

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
