GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 August 2006
amending Government Regulation No. 63 / 2002 Coll., on the rules for granting subsidies from the State Budget to promote the efficient management of energy and the use of its renewable and secondary resources
The Government orders pursuant to § 5 (6) of Act No. 406 / 2000 Coll., on Energy Management, as amended by Act No. 177 / 2006 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 63 / 2002 Coll., on the rules for granting subsidies from the State Budget to promote the efficient management of energy and the use of its renewable and secondary resources, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, the words "(the Programme) 'and the words" the reduction of energy consumption, the use of its renewable and secondary sources in accordance with the economic and social needs of the sustainable development1) and environmental protection' are replaced by the words "the improvement of energy efficiency, the reduction of energy performance and the use of its renewable and secondary resources in accordance with the approved state energy concept and the sustainable development1) ';
2. In Article 3, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (f) and (g) are added:
"(f) the types of costs the subsidy may be used for,
(g) the maximum amount of subsidies granted. ';
3. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words "having a permanent residence or registered office in the Czech Republic 'are deleted.
4. In Section 4, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The subsidy may not be granted if the programme on the basis of which the subsidy is granted and, where appropriate, individual subsidies have not been notified and approved in advance by the European Commission, unless they comply with the conditions of the directly applicable regulation of the European Communities providing for exemptions from the public aid scheme (7a).

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2006.
