repealing Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 315 / 1998 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 10 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended:
Decree No 315 / 1998 Coll., on the medical fitness to read classified information, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
