on the update of the code list List of goods not intended for simplified reporting to the Intrastat system
The Czech Statistical Office, pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the National Statistical Service, announces, with effect from 1 January 2023, an update of the code list of goods not intended for simplified reporting to the Intrastat system (ZJEČEK) (hereinafter referred to as "the List '), introduced by the Czech Statistical Office Communication No 497 / 2021 Coll. of 14 December 2021, on the introduction of a code list of goods not intended for simplified reporting to the Intrastat system (ZJEJEČEK).
The list is based on Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658 / 87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, as amended. It contains codes and names of selected items of agricultural and food goods of Chapters 01 to 22 of the Combined Nomenclature and selected energy goods of Chapters 27, 28, 29, 34, 38 and 44.
The update of the List shall be carried out on the basis of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022 / 1998 of 20 September 2022 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658 / 87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff.
An overview of the changes in the List is contained in the Annex to this communication.
The current version of the List is published in electronic format on the website of the Czech Statistical Office at https: / / www.czso.cz / csu / czso / know-how that is not specified by the report.
