GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 22 October 2020
on the amendment of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of Articles 5 (e) and 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.

amend point I / 1 of the Government Resolution of 21 October 2020 No 1079, published under No 425 / 2020 Coll., by replacing the words "establishments enabling the goods and consignments to be collected from a third party 'by the words" establishments enabling the goods and consignments to be collected in a distance manner'.
