GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2016
amending Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 68 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 68c paragraph 2 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on the service tariffs and on the special surcharge for professional soldiers, as amended by Government Regulation No 282 / 2015 Coll. and Government Regulation No 346 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), "10 300 'is replaced by" 11 000'.
2. Paragraph 2 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (4) of the Professional Soldiers Act shall be:

3. In Annex 1, point II, at the end of point (e), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) the activity of an advance air guide."
4. In Annex 1 (III) (e):
"(e) service at altitudes
1. for the treatment, revision and control of the support structures of light-signalling aerial ground equipment, antenna systems or systems and components of aerial ground radiological, radiological, radio-communications or meteorological equipment; or
2. in carrying out the practical teaching and training of the treatment, revising and checking of the establishments referred to in point 1, ';
5. In Annex 1, point III, the following point (f) is inserted after point (e):
"(f) the performance of service in the treatment, review and control of air ground radiological, radiological, radio communications or meteorological equipment providing air services;"
Points (f) to (k) shall be renumbered as points (g) to (l).
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
