GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 August 2006
amending Government Regulation No 616 / 2004 Coll., on the use of the resources of the State Housing Development Fund in the form of a loan to cover part of the costs associated with the construction or acquisition of an apartment by certain persons under 36 years of age, as amended by Government Regulation No 360 / 2006 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 9 of Act No. 211 / 2000 Coll., on the State Housing Development Fund and on the amendment of Act No. 171 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic on Transfers of State Property to Other Persons and on the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended, as amended by Act No. 61 / 2005 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 616 / 2004 Coll., on the use of the resources of the State Housing Development Fund in the form of a loan to cover part of the costs associated with the construction or acquisition of an apartment by certain persons under 36 years of age, as amended by Government Decree No. 360 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (b) (2), "or 'is deleted.
2. In Article 2 (b), the word "or 'is added at the end of point 3.
3. the following point 4 is added to Article 2 (b):
"4. the remuneration of the member contribution to the housing cooperative, if the recipient of the loan becomes the tenant of the cooperative flat, ';
4. In Article 2, the words "or 4 'shall be added at the end of the text of point (e).
5. In the first sentence of Article 3 (5), the first sentence of Article 7 (2) and Article 7 (4), the words "or 4 'shall be inserted after the words" point 3'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
