According to § 131 (d) of Act No. 120 / 2001 Coll., on judicial executors and enforcement activities (execution order) and amending other laws:
In Paragraph 3 (1) of Decree No. 329 / 2008 Coll., on the central record of execution, the numbers "3 'are replaced by" 5 working'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
