amending Act No. 218 / 2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in administrative offices and on the remuneration of such staff and other servants in administrative offices (Staff Act), as amended, and certain other laws

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Amendment to the Financial Control Act

Čl. II

In Article 32 (4) of Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., on financial control in public administration and amending certain laws (Act on Financial Control), as amended by Act No. 123 / 2003 Coll., "2004 'is replaced by" 2005'.

Amendment to Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., amending the Veterinary Act

Čl. III

In Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., amending Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended, and some other laws, Part Five is deleted.

Amendment to Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., amending certain laws on the section of Public Health Protection

Čl. IV

In Article II (17) and (18) of Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., amending certain laws on the section of public health protection, "2003 'is replaced by" 2004'.

Čl. V

This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2005, with the exception of the provisions of Article 4 (1) (a) (ii), (iii), (iv), (iv), (v), (v), (v), (v), (v), (v), (v), (v), (v) and (v). I points 2 to 4, 13 and 65 to 67, which take effect on the day of its publication.
