of 19 September 2002
amending Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended, and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., amending and repealing certain laws in connection with the termination of the activities of the district authorities
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended
Čl. I
In Section 73a of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 180 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., the words "from 1 January 2004 'are inserted in paragraph 3 after the words" by regulation'.

ČÁST DRUHÁ

Amendment of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws in connection with the termination of the activities of the district authorities
Čl. II
In Article CXX of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., amending and repealing certain laws in connection with the closure of the activities of the district authorities, the text is replaced at the end of the period and the words "and Article XXV (1) and (2), which take effect on 1 January 2004."

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
