DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 23 November 2001
amending Decree No. 617 / 1992 of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Czech Republic Coll., on the details of payment of payments from mining premises and obtained reserved minerals
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and the Czech Mining Office, provides pursuant to § 32a paragraphs 2 and 9 of Act No. 44 / 1988 Coll., on the Protection and Use of Mineral Wealth (Mining Act), as amended by Act No. 541 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 315 / 2001 Coll.:
Decree No. 617 / 1992 Coll., on the details of the payment of payments from conquest premises and obtained reserved minerals, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (c), the words "for which a conquest space has been established," shall be inserted after the word "bearing."
2. In Paragraph 3 (1), the word "reserved 'is deleted.
3. Paragraph 3 (2) is deleted.
Paragraphs 3 to 8 shall be renumbered paragraphs 2 to 7.
4. In Article 3, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 7, including footnote 4 (a): "The statistical statement Hor (MPO) 1-01 to which the Ministry of Industry and Trade carries out statistical surveys of mining and operational data under a specific legislation shall be considered as proof of the volume of production. (4a)
4a) § 10 (3) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service. '
5. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words "Ministry of Economy of the Czech Republic 'are replaced by the words" Ministry of Industry and Trade'.
6. in Paragraph 8 (1) (b), the word "reserved" shall be deleted;
7. In Paragraph 8 (2), the word "reserved 'is deleted.
8. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
