amending Decree No. 205 / 1999 Coll., implementing Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and amending certain related laws (Act on insurance of liability from the operation of a vehicle), as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 6 (5) of Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on insurance of liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 293 / 2017 Coll.:
In Section 4 of Decree No. 205 / 1999 Coll., implementing Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the Insurance of Liability for Damage caused by the Operation of a Vehicle and on the Amendment to Certain Related Laws (Vehicle Liability Insurance Act), as amended by Decree No. 429 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 309 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 186 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 417 / 2017 Coll., the words "the territory of the States' shall be replaced by the words" the former Yugoslav Republic 'and the words "and Vatican' shall be replaced by the words" the Vatican and the United Kingdom '.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
