The Government orders pursuant to § 21 (3) of Act No. 106 / 1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, as amended by Act No. 61 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 298 / 2016 Coll.:
The list of information published as open data is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
