of 16 December 2010
amending Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain State institutions and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended, and Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other formalities of prosecutors, and amending and supplementing Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for the on-call of the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Salary Act and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament
Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the functions of representatives of state authority and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 287 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 231 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 427 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 49 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 388.
1. In Article 2 (2), the words "and in kind 'are deleted.
2. In Article 3 (3), "triple 'is replaced by" 2.5'.
3. The following Sections 3a and 3b are inserted after Section 3:
Salary base of representatives from 2011 to 2014
From 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2014, the salary base for representatives is CZK 51 731.
Justices' salary base from 2011 to 2014
(1) From 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011, the salary base for judges is CZK 54 005.
(2) From 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014, the salary base for judges is CZK 56 849. "
4. in Paragraph 6 (1) (j) at the end, the comma shall be replaced by a dot and point (k) shall be deleted;
5. In Article 9 (1) (b), the word "single purpose 'is replaced by" multi-purpose' and the words "and (c) 'are inserted after the words" (b)'.
6. In Article 9 (1) (c), "(d), (e), (h) and (ch) 'is replaced by" (e), (h) and (ch)', the text behind the semicolon is deleted and the semicolon is replaced by a comma.
7. In Article 10 (1), "(ch) and (k) 'is replaced by" and (ch)';
8. In Article 19 (1), "(d) and (k) 'is replaced by" and (d)';
9. Article 33b is deleted.
Amendment of the Salary Act and certain requirements of prosecutors
Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other formalities of the prosecutors and amending and supplementing Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for the on-call time in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 14 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 192 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 427 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 189., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., and Act No. 418 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (3), "2.7 times' is replaced by" 2.25 times'.
2. The following Section 3a is inserted after Section 3, including the title:
Salary base in 2011
From 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011, the salary base is CZK 46 557. '
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
