DECLARATION
of 28 November 2008
amending Decree No. 220 / 2007 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Education Act for Schools and Schools set up by the Ministry of Defence
According to Section 172 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 220 / 2007 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Education Act for schools and school establishments established by the Ministry of Defence, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 5 (1), "30 'is replaced by" 20'.
2. In Article 5 (3), "10 'is replaced by" 7'.
3. The heading of Section 23 reads:
"Forms of application for secondary school education
(K § 60 (6) of the Act) '.
4. In Article 23 (1), the words "Annex to the application 'are replaced by the words" Part of the application'.
5. Article 24, including the title, reads:
Announcement of the first round of the admission procedure
(K § 60 (1) of the Act)
The school director shall declare the first round of the admission procedure by 31 January by publication in a publicly accessible place at the school and in a way that allows remote access. ';
6. Paragraph 25, including the title, reads:
Admission to secondary school education
(Articles 60 (1) and (8) and 64 of the Act)
(1) The acceptance tests in the first round of the admission procedure shall take place on the working day from 22 April to 7 May. The day of the examination shall be determined by the school director.
(2) Admission examinations in the first round of the admission procedure to a non-daily form of education, to a subset study and to a shortened study for secondary education with a graduate examination shall be held 7 days after the deadline laid down in paragraph 1.
(3) The invitation to take the entrance exam in the first round shall be sent by the principal of the school to the tenderer no later than 7 days before the first round.
(4) The invitation for the entrance examination shall include basic information on the requirements for the entrance examination established by the school director, the expected number of applicants admitted and the criteria for the admission procedure.
(5) The date by which applications for training may be submitted at the latest shall also be announced at the time of the announcement of further rounds of the admission procedure. "
7. In Paragraph 26 (1), "within 7 days' is replaced by" within 3 working days';

Publication of the number of appeal points
(K § 64 of the Act)
For the purpose of the appeal procedure, the school director shall designate and publish, without undue delay, in a publicly accessible place at the school and in a way that allows remote access, the number of vacant places for appeal proceedings. ';
9. In point 6 of the Annex to the Decree, the words "pedagogical supervision 'are replaced by the words" supervision of pupils'.
Final provision
If this decree is used in connection with the publication of the term "school building 'or" school building', this means "in a publicly accessible place at school '.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2009.
