The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll., for the implementation of § 2 (1) of the Act:
The Annex to Decree No 264 / 2000 Coll., on basic measuring units and other units and on their labelling are as follows:

The definition of the unit of thermodynamic temperature specified in the Act refers to water with isotopic composition defined by the following proportions of the substance: 0,00015576 mol 2H per mole 1H, 0,0003799 mol 17O per mole 16O and 0,0020052 mol 18O per mole 16O.

Celsius temperature t is defined as the difference t = T - T0 between two thermodynamic temperatures T and T0 = 273,15 K. The interval or temperature difference may be expressed in Kelvin or Celsius degrees. The unit "degree Celsius" is equal to the unit "kelvin."
1.2. Derived SI units
1.2.1. General rule for derived SI units
Units derived systematically from basic SI units are expressed as algebraic expressions in the form of the product of the principal SI units with a numerical factor equal to 1.

Units derived from basic SI units may be expressed by the units referred to in point 1.
The derived SI units may be expressed using the specific names and marks listed in the table above; for example, the SI unit of dynamic viscosity can be expressed as m-1 • kg • s-1 or N • s • m-2 or Pa • s.

The names and marks of decadic multiples and parts of the unit of mass are created by connecting prefixes to the word "gram" and their marks to the sign "g."
Where derived units are expressed as fractions, their decadic multiples and parts may be marked by connecting the prefixes to the unit in the numerator or denominator or both.
Compound prefixes, that is, prefixes that are created by merging several of the above prefixes, shall not be used.

The prefixes and their symbols referred to in point 1.3 may be used in conjunction with the above units and marks with the exception of a millimetre of mercury and its mark. However, multiple 102 aru is called "hectare."
5. COMPLETED UNITS
The combination of the units referred to in point 1 shall consist of composite units. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
