GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 December 2008
on the occupation of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic in the period from 1 January 2009 to 30 June 2009
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
§ 1
For the performance of the tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic in ensuring internal order and security in the Czech Republic, a maximum of 60 members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic shall be used between 1 January 2009 and 30 June 2009.
§ 2
Members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic shall carry out the tasks referred to in Section 1 under the command of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. The members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic shall carry out their duties with weapons.
§ 3
The Director-General of the Directorate-General for Customs shall designate members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, including technicians and armaments, to carry out their tasks under Section 1.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2009.
